Technical Writer

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirement

- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

- Ability to write easily understandable online help documents, manuals, references, release notes, instructions and developer guides

- Create and deliver powerful presentations and products demos

- Conduct products training

- Take ownership of the work and complete time-bound projects

- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picture

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience in writing all types of documents: End-user Documents, Technical Documents, Marketing Documents and Proposals.

- Possess experience in writing Product based documents, technical documents.

- Good Knowledge of Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC)
