Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

- Eliciting requirements during real-time collaborative sessions with stakeholders. (Requirement gathering and requirement analysis skills) Experience in doing detailed level requirement gathering with global stakeholders specifically in the project accounting/commercial model development domain.

- Documentation of use cases

- Ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process flows and diagrams

- Ability to prioritize business, user and functional requirements

- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Ability to create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and its document (Create test cases based on the knowledge of the domain/product).

- Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills

- Based on requirement study and gap analysis, analyze process/framework anomalies and deficiencies and make recommendations

- Keep track of timelines and deliverables with respect to the functional area.

- Understand the context of different clients to suitable structure solution implementation.

- Review and obtain signoff deliverables.

- Communicate with client and project team when necessary.

- Experience in functional specification and or Use Case preparation

- Excellent team player who can functionally guide/assist/motivate team members and produce the best team result.
