Agile Program Manager - Azure

- 10+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years as a development manager

- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management

- Coordinate with Product Management, UX and architects to come up with estimates, plan and timelines for the delivery.

- Conduct code review and ensure that coding standards are being followed by the team members.

- Build and guide the team that is also focused on unit testing, regression testing, load testing (APIs)

- Understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure)

- To manage each project's scope and timeline.

- Will be involved in technical discussions, technical reviews etc.

- Will be involved in cloud subscription pre-sales, implementationdelivery of subscriptions and post-delivery issue management with the customer.

- Will be establishing process to handle cloud subscription billing management and ensure the customer issues are addressed promptly.

- Will be preparing for and participate in MBRQBR with the customers for cloud billing optimizations - become go to person in cloud billing.

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.

- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
