Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the customer base, including conducting outreach and generating leads.
2. Understand customer requirements by engaging in meaningful conversations, identifying their financial needs, and presenting the most suitable home loan products. Address customer concerns and queries effectively and promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering trust.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Ensure consistent follow-up and personalized attention to meet customers evolving needs.
4. Actively cross-sell other financial products and services to existing customers, increasing revenue streams while ensuring the right solutions for their needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Min. 6 months exp in HL/ LAP(Mortgage sales)
• Candidate should not be 35 years of age
• Under graduate can be considered
