Information Security Manager

We are looking for an Information Security Manager with 10+ years of experience in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The candidate will be based in Gurugram.

The candidate must be capable of developing and implementing security policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise data, prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.

With expertise in cybersecurity best practices and risk assessment, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the organizations security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security program, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and assess security risks, implementing appropriate counter measures.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Plan and manage disaster recovery (DR) and incident response, including contingency planning for data breaches.
• Conduct security training programs to enhance awareness across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to enforce security policies and best practices.
• Monitor and analyse threats, intrusions, and unauthorized access attempts.
• Perform periodic security audits and risk assessments.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in information security principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in network security, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS).
• Hands-on experience in endpoint security and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Familiarity with malware analysis, mobile security, and threat intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incident investigation and risk mitigation.

Educational Background

• B.Tech./B.E. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant security certifications will be a big plus.
