 About The Role : 

Supporting Training Implementation Lead to cover training activity, ideally someone who can bring experienced core consulting skills and experience in training, ideally across:

Brings TNA (Training Needs Analysis) experience to identify the system/process users needs with the goal to provide targeted training content and modules

Experienced in implementing training solutions to stakeholder groups with varying needs and specifics within the organisation

Equipped with vendor management experience to align on and communicate organisational needs and requests to vendors in a collaborative environment

Responsible to prepare, deliver and post-process trainings for the system/process users within the organisation

Create training content (e.g., training material, webinars, etc.) tailored to the needs of the system/process users providing them with necessary skills and knowledge

Define and track training measurements to ensure the success and the effectiveness of conducted training programs and modules

Supporting with management and execution of Ambassadors network

Monitoring the impact assessment, ensuring the training needs are realised from the TNA (Training Needs Analysis)

Monitor and manage training regulations to ensure they meet against the TNA/Gap Analysis findings

ESSENTIAL:MUST bring Life Sciences Clinical Domain Expertise; familiarity with clinical operations and systems (e.g. SAS, Saama, Medidata, Formedix) given the clinical data

 
Primary Skills

10-12 years of experience in Training

Ability to design trainings for large transformation programs within Life Science R&D

Experience in conducting training programmes in person and virtual

Experience in digital aids and technology for interactive user trainings
