Practice Operations Lead

This person will Oversee and manage delivery operations of practice

• The successful candidate will impart strategic direction, conceptualize, and drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resolve issues.
• Direct reporting of 2-4 people
• Drive people information management in liaison with multiple support functions like HR, Recruitment, Capability Development, Demand-Supply.
• Monitor people utilization, grade mix, location mix. Prepare utilization forecasts and identify and drive proactive actions
• Managing demand forecasting process, T+6 months from new engagements, promotions, backfill needs.

Secondary Skills

• He/She/They OR, The incumbent will have 15-18 years of experience in in managing large, multinational accounts / people practices in similar capacity. Education: Graduation in any field preferably Technical fields like Engineering, Commerce. Desirable - Masters in Business Administration
• Advanced knowledge of Professional Consulting or Services organization
• Strong people management and development skills
• Experience of cost / utilization of a practice/account of similar size
• Demonstrated transformation and project management experience
