RTR , Finance Specialists | 7 -9 yrs exp | Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis.
  
• Prepare monthly financial reports (MFR) and quarterly forecasts for senior management review.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in GL accounts using SAP.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
  
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide transparent financial insights.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-9 years of experience in finance specialist role with expertise in RTR (Reverse Trade Record), General Ledger, Gl Accounting, Journal Entries, Intercompany Reconciliation.
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data effectively.
  
• Proficiency in SAP system with knowledge of OTC derivatives valuation methodologies.
• Candidates who are short joiners / can join immediately , and reside in or near Bangalore will be preferred .
