UX Designer - Project Manager

Exp : 6-14 Years

I. Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a UX Lead/Manager with prior experience as UX Designer with excellent coordination skills with Client and other stakeholders

II. Producing high-quality UX design solutions, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

III. Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, and test various UI elements and page layouts.

IV. Collaboration with the marketing team and internal/external designers is crucial to deliver tailored experiences for digital users.

V. Provide advice on UX research methodologies, adhere to style standards, and showcase a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.

VI. Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

VII. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and possess multitasking and time-management abilities.

VIII. They will analyse user data, conduct observational research, and use insights to make design decisions. Attendance in design and business strategy meetings is also expected.
