Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the head of marketing and communications/ operations to understand the unique selling points of the division and incorporate them into marketing materials.
• Create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters and online advertising.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our e-publishing services across various digital platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google and our website.
• Manage social media channels to increase brand visibility, engage with the audience to drive traffic towards Cameos publishing services.
• Utilize SEO strategies to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance our reach.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Plan and execute online events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to boost customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyse marketing performance.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing.
• Knowledge of e-publishing platforms and trends.
