Business Analyst ( Finance Domain )

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with expertise in the lending domain. Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Loan Against Securities (LAS) is a strong plus.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for lending solutions, focusing on LAP and LAS.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Analyze, map, and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in defining product features and supporting the development team in delivering solutions that meet business expectations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights for improved lending processes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct quality assurance activities, such as preparing test cases, performing functional testing, and validating system outputs against requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and senior management.

Support post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions are aligned with user expectations and performance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the lending domain, preferably with exposure to Loan Against Property and Loan Against Securities.
• Proven track record of gathering and analyzing requirements, process mapping, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of lending lifecycle processes, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and QA tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
