AVP - Risk Containment Unit - NBFC (10-14 yrs)

Our client is a fast-growing NBFC providing education loans to Indian Students. They are at an accelerated growth phase and hiring for National Manager- Risk Containment Unit to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for risk identification, assessment, and mitigation within the organization.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments across various departments and functions to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize exposure to identified risks.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management and compliance.

- Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Key Skills Required:

- 10-14 years of relevant work experience in risk management and strategy development with NBFC or Financial Services company

- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, risk controls, and regulatory compliance

- Excellent communicator and team management
