About the job:
About the Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive growth in our pharma vertical. In this role, you'll create and execute go-to-market plans, build strong industry relationships, and drive sales for Patient Support Programs, Diagnostics, and digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Strategy:
- Drive revenue growth across key business areas by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategic development and execution of comprehensive business plans.
Market Development:
- Develop and implement GTM plans tailored to the pharmaceutical sector in consultation with medical, operations, and technology teams.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into long-term partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture robust relationships with Product Managers, Heads of Divisions, and key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical and medtech industries.
- Engage pharmaceutical and medtech companies to drive the adoption of patient programs and related healthcare solutions.
Industry Insight & Adaptation:
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry regulations, patient engagement strategies, remote healthcare solutions, and digital health trends.
- Refine sales approaches and initiatives based on evolving market dynamics and technological advancements.
Performance & Project Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and growth targets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, MedTech, or digital health.
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS-based healthcare solutions, medical devices, or health IT services is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, industry trends, and patient support programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field.
