Graduate Trainee - Documentation

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee - Documentation to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality process and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, editing, and formatting process and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and organize content.
• Learn and apply documentation standards, style guidelines, and formatting techniques.
• Develop foundational knowledge of document creation and management tools.
• Perform basic editing and proofreading to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Shadow experienced writers to understand content development processes and improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in technical writing or documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a plus.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts (software, hardware, or processes) is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate in a team environment, and accept constructive feedback.
