Responsibilities:

Project Ownership:

1. Owner of the Project schedule

2. Anticipate, analyse, validate and report the factors impacting the project timelines

Data Management:

1. Bias for data driven decision making

2. Identify, manage and collaborate sources of data

3. Structure data for management decision making

Strategy and Growth:

1. Participate in the strategy formation

2. Work with CEO and management team to identify the growth opportunities

3. Help evaluate options

4. Part of the due diligence team

Special projects:

1. As assigned based on Company need

Internal Collaboration:

1. Build a collaborative working relationship with management team and other functional teams

2. Represents the voice of project team to CEO

3. Put the objective ahead of functional and personal upmanship

4. Participate to build and builds a consensus among various functional teams to deliver objectives

Competences:

- Engineer and MBA from Tier I institutes with 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing company

- Participated in at least two projects

- Ability to convert a project into steps and milestones and build consensus among stake holders

- Ability to manage multiple projects of diverse nature

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline without compromising quality

- Quantitative abilities

- Excellent listening and presentation skills

- Fluency in spoken and written English
