ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

1) Raising queries occur in PIS or design mail to concern department from client side, guiding detailers and make them understand the issue.

2) Making internal plans to finish the work according to assigned schedule and gives early warning to group head if schedule cannot be met.

3) Coordinate with design engineers and group head on any queries or difficulties encounter during the work.

4) Second check of erection, shop & BOM once detailers are done with corrections.

5) Submitting erection drawings, shop details & BOM to the group head after making them ready for submission to client once final checking is done.

6) Resolving issues of inappropriate connections, errors from shop & issues raising during erection of the building by interacting with client QC dept. through mails.

7) He/she is the responsible for errors encountered at fabrication/erection stage if final check has been skipped.

8) Also, in the absence of responsible person for estimation of projects, he/she should be able to do the estimation.
