Job Description:
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our PAN India Marketing team from our Delhi Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and making strategic decisions relating to all marketing efforts for the creation of new opportunities for AAA Group entities, which are market leaders in Insolvency, Valuation, and SARFAESI across the country. The entities include:
a. AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP: Indias First IPE and IPE registered as IP, having 75 Partners spread across the country and a total experience of handling more than 350 Insolvency and Liquidation Matters.
b. AAA Valuation Professionals LLP: Indias leading Registered Valuer Entity for all class of assets, having 28 Partners spread across the country and total experience of handling more than 8000 cases with a book value of more than 51,000 Crores.
c. AAA Capital Services Pvt Ltd: Indias Largest Resolution Agents and Enforcement Agency, with more than 150 personnel in 80 Cities across the country.
d Asset lo : a portal launched by the group focusing on all kinds of stressed assets available for sale through auction process by banks, Non- Banking Financial Companies or Asset Reconstruction Companies either under insolvency law or SARFAESI Law. The supply side of the portal would be the responsibility of the BDM.
Banks, NBFCs, and ARCs are major clients of the group, and a candidate with prior experience in similar business development for professional firms will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Track Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Track the status of empanelment of various entities and partners with banks and other clients and take next actions to keep entities empaneled with them at all times.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of business development executives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
3. Schedule Management: Plan and manage schedules for business development activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and meetings.
4. Client Development: Explore new opportunities with banks and other clients, initiate development activities, and nurture leads to convert them into business opportunities.
5. Engagement with Senior Bankers: Arrange and conduct meetings with senior bankers and decision-makers to present our firm and the services we offer.
6. Introduction of Firm: Introduce the firm and its services to potential clients, highlighting our value proposition and competitive advantages.
7. Organize Meetings: Coordinate and organize meetings between our firm's partners and key bankers to discuss business opportunities and partnerships.
8. Client Relationship Management: Work closely with existing partners to leverage their networks and connect with potential clients, fostering strong relationships and maximizing business opportunities.
9. Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking business development activities.
