Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures when possible. Quality Assurance : Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards. Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery. Address delays and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule. Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols on construction sites.
