Business Analyst

Job Summary: The resource will assist in the development of an automated PowerPoint capability within the Health Plan Manager client reporting application. This role involves understanding data requirements, matching data elements to PowerPoint templates, and ensuring accurate and efficient reporting for our major clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the primary developer to develop and enhance the automated PowerPoint capability
• Understand and document data requirements, including specific metrics such as paid per member per month.
• Identify and define data points, including numerator and denominator, and ensure proper formatting
• Develop an interface for users to select data points and apply specific skills (e.g., percentages, decimal places)
• Match data elements to locations within PowerPoint templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Work closely with the design team to create and update templates
• Assist in automating the preparation of client-specific presentations
• Support the client value reporting team in delivering high-quality external reports
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of client value reporting and external reporting processes
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools
• Proven solid documentation skills and understanding of data reporting and analysis
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
