Job Description
:
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and
Acceptance Criteria.
- Create detailed mockups for new capabilities and features to support
development and design efforts.
- Act as the first point of contact for any clarifications regarding requirements and
functionality.
- Work closely with QA and Developers to ensure a thorough understanding of
requirements and to clarify any functional queries.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to refine and prioritize
the product backlog.
- Ensure that all user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) before being
accepted into a sprint.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to manage and track work items, including Epics, Features,
and User Stories.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the delivered product
meets business needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelordegree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development
environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BFSI Domain
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing Agile projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create detailed mock ups and wireframes.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers and
QA.
