Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :
Solution Development & Integration :
- Develop end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud.
- Integrate different systems and sources (SharePoint Online, SQL databases, APIs, third-party applications, etc.) using Power Automate to optimize workflows and improve business outcomes.
- Implement and automate business processes across multiple systems (e.g., SharePoint Online, SQL, and external applications).
Customer Requirement Analysis :
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with respective business leads and functional teams to ensure the correct automation solutions are designed and implemented.
Data Modeling & Design :
- Create and maintain data models, ensuring efficient data flow between various sources and systems.
- Design and optimize solutions for data consistency, performance, and reliability.
Automation Solution Design & Documentation :
- Design scalable, robust, and secure automation workflows to meet customer needs.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation for each solution, including flowcharts, process diagrams, and detailed instructions for users.
Testing & Deployment :
- Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of automation workflows to ensure seamless integration.
- Coordinate with teams for deployment and troubleshooting of solutions across multiple environments.
Collaboration & Communication :
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for integrating and automating workflows.
- Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely delivery of automation solutions.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated on new Power Platform features and capabilities and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of automation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : 4+ years of experience in Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, SharePoint Online, and SQL.
Technical Skills :
- Power Automate : Strong expertise in building both desktop and cloud-based flows, integrating with other Microsoft technologies (Power Apps, SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
- SharePoint Online : Experience in developing solutions that integrate with SharePoint, including managing document libraries, lists, and SharePoint workflows.
- SQL : Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases; experience with relational databases and writing complex queries.
- Power Apps : Familiarity with integrating Power Automate with Power Apps and other Microsoft services.
- Automation : In-depth knowledge of workflow automation, error handling, logging, and troubleshooting automation processes.
Business & Analytical Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and design user-friendly workflows.
