Project Associate

Job Summary:

be responsible for supporting projects/Marketing management activities, client acquisition,

conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting the key management with their key

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and projects to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attending meetings and assisting in generating reports for meetings, ensuring accuracy
• and clarity.
• Support business development by generating leads and following up with potential
• clients.
• Manage and track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
• Assist in developing project documentation, including project plans, proposals, and
• status reports.
• Handle operations tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and
• preparing meeting minutes.
• Manage procurement activities, including vendor communication, quotations, and
• contract negotiations.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
