Lead Generation and Prospecting: Find potential clients like developers and builders in MMR region who need real estate financing directly or indirectly.
Feasibility Report: Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports, financial projections, and project risks to assess the viability of real estate investments and support strategic business decisions.
Relationship Building: Build strong connections with brokers, builders, consultants, DSA, legal advisors, financial intermediaries and CA to create business opportunities.
Deal Structuring: Assess project viability and create financing solutions based on client needs.
Negotiation: Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules with clients.
Due Diligence: Perform thorough checks on projects, including property and financial evaluations, and legal reviews.
Closing Deals: Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant during deal closings.
Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate projects, including pro forma statements and discounted cash flow(DCF) analysis, to assess investment viability, optimize financing structures, and support strategic decision-making in business development.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance/relationship manager in banking, preferably with a focus on business development.
