Conducts environmental scans, organization positioning analyses and other studies. Identifies, investigates, evaluates and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures, licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals.

• Job Description
• Research the subject using subscriptions and public domain
• Interpret large volumes of data and make recommendations based on research/findings
• Prepare executive level presentations, formulate research reports by assimilating data/business context
• Interview businesses to understand requirements better and scope the work accordingly
• Create SOW including estimate time, effort, resource management and delivery methodology
• Collaborate with Internal BR teams/network to produce required output meeting stakeholder expectations
• Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery
• Requests include: Target Company Profiling, Company Tear Sheet, Market Sizing, Market Segmentation, Market Trends, Competitor Analysis, Compare Product Feature Set, Process Consultancy and Evaluating Firms for Adjacencies, Financials, Growth Levers, Intelligence Reports, and Reference Data etc.
• Converse with Senior Management stakeholders on a day to day basis
• Lead and program manage various research and business analysis engagements
• Basic Qualifications
• 6-10 years of experience in financial services domain
