Residential Sales Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our residential property sales.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and market share goals.
• Set sales targets and develop sales strategies
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated environment.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying/selling process.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in residential real estate or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
