Designation : Engineering Manager

As an engineering manager you are responsible for overseeing a team of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and managing the overall engineering process.

Responsibilities :

- Leading and managing a team of engineers, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Setting goals and priorities for the engineering team in alignment with the overall company objectives.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as product management and design, to define project requirements and deliverables.

- Planning and tracking project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the development process.

- Ensuring that the team follows best practices and adheres to company policies and procedures.

- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in engineering management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.

- 6+ years in backend development, proficiency in Java and related technologies.

- Knowledge of ReactJs, Kotlin, and iOS is advantageous.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record in delivering scalable software solutions.
