Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and meeting business objectives.

• Oversee retail banking activities such as sales, deposits, loans, and other financial products.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (Retail Banking).
  
• Strong understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Operations, Retail Branch Banking principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve performance metrics.
