What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Design, implement, and maintaining BI software and systems, including integration with Databases and Dataverse.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
• Oversee the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes, which involve pulling data from various sources, cleaning and consolidating it into a usable format.
• Drive team productivity through planning, tracking, and actionable improvements.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, testing practices, and compliance guidelines.
• Deliver scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly PowerApps solutions.
• Work in Agile teams, driving sprint success and continuous value delivery.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigations.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks for on-time project delivery.
• Implement data governance policies and practices.

• Expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Must have technical skill

• Experience in Power BI (Reports & Dashboards) & PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Expertise in integrating PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of app security, performance optimization.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Apps Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or other programming languages for advanced customizations.

Good to have technical skills

• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles to enhance application usability.
