Responsibilities :

• Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints
• Transactions: Handle cash, credit cards, and checks, and make change
• Inventory: Stock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and balance cash drawers
• Returns and exchanges: Process returns and exchanges of merchandise
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communication: Communicate clearly and directly with customers, employees, and management
• Problem-solving: Help customers and resolve complaints
• Information: Provide customers with information about promotions, products, and locations
