Reports to: CRO/CBO/VP - Business

Position Overview:

- The Cluster Head will oversee regional clusters, focusing on P&L management, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.

- This role demands a strategic leader capable of driving business performance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize the P&L for regional clusters.

- Revenue Growth: Drive business growth through new opportunities and operational improvements.

- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.

- Go-To-Market: Define and execute market strategies for each region.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.

Requirements:

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 business school.

Experience: 7 to 17 years in business management, with strong experience in revenue generation and P&L management.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

- Expertise in pricing, sales, and market strategy.

- Excellent communication and team management.
