Key Responsibilities:
- Working experience with clients in the US, UK, and European markets is a must.
- Develop key growth sales strategies and achieve financial targets.
- Responsible for achieving annual targets, developing partnerships, and understanding customer trends.
- Exercise sound judgment and make clear decisions on project issues, managing customer relationships, ensuring high-performance delivery, and providing leadership and guidance to direct reports.
Job Requirements:
- Grow the business and be one of the key drivers for the organization.
- Promote and drive organization-based initiatives like skill development, upskilling, etc.
- Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between divisions.
- Exceptional client-facing skills.
- Exposure to handling P&L responsibilities will be an added advantage.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Perform account management with existing accounts by engaging with customers and growing the business.
- Develop new markets and verticals.
- Support and participate in all aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
- Excellence in persuasive/consultative selling techniques to develop customer understanding & create enthusiasm for IT MNC services.
Professional Attributes:
- 15 - 25 years in the corporate sales and services environment, working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with client needs.
- Significant experience in a client service role and business management role.
- Work experience in the professional services industry.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Expertise in people management and leadership.
