Territory Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and develop the molecular diagnostics portfolio across Mumbai.

The candidate will play a crucial role in business development, building strong relationships with key customers, achieving sales targets, and driving growth in the territory.

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BioGenex products in the Maharashtra region.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, universities, and laboratories.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding the customer base.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align on strategic goals.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
• Represent BioGenex at conferences, workshops, and industry events to promote the company and its solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and market feedback to the Director of Sales.
