About the Role :

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Strategy Analyst to join the Founder's Office, playing a key role in business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to execute high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Strategy & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, optimize revenue models, and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

- P&L & Revenue Optimization: Track financial performance, improve cost structures, and drive profitability through data-backed insights.

- Process & Operational Efficiency : Implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Founders, CXOs, and cross-functional teams to align business goals and execute key initiatives.

- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize basic SQL and analytics tools to extract insights, track KPIs, and enhance strategic execution.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Must-Have: 2-7 years in strategy, growth, or founder's office roles in a corporate.

- Experience in market expansion, pricing, financial modelling, and GTM execution

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

- Basic SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis.

- Preferred: Experience in startups/ e-commerce (Good to have)
