Relationship Officer-DD West Bengal and Assam

Location: west Bengal, Bihar & North east

CTC: upto 3.5 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

• Participate in training sessions to gain a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
• Shadow experienced sales team members to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through market research.
• Learn to build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus but not mandatory.
