Position: Customer Care Executive
Process: international/domestic ( voice/non voice/blended )

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 5/6/5.5 Days Working

shifts: day shift / night shift

Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Interface with customers, clients, and vendors addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. (non voice and voice both process available )

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Freshers and experience both can apply.
• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Undergraduate).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including day and night shifts
