Bharat Forge Limited is looking for candidates from mechatronics background in production, maintenance and quality departments for a new unit of extrusion shell line in Mundhwa location. The role and responsibilities are mentioned below.

Job Title: Shift In-Charge (Maintenance)

Division: Maintenance, Quality, Production

No of positions: 6

Reporting To: Senor Manager

Qualification: Graduate in Mechatronics

Experience: 0 - 3years of experience

Location: Pune (Mundwa)

Compensation: Remuneration will be paid basis skills & expertise

Key expectations:

Mechanical Maintenance:

• Knowledge of Hydraulic presses
• MTTR & MTBF
• Critical Spare
• Preventive Maint.Activities
• Material handling systems.
• IOT-Vision technologies knowledge will be added advantage.
• Utility Maint.

Electrical Maintenance:

• Work on Reduction of Carbon emission and environmentally sustainability development. Knowledge of CNC/PLC- specifically Mitsubishi
• Robots operations & miantenance- Programming specifically Fanuc make.
• IBH & related utility Maintenance
• Predictive & preventive maintenace systems. MTTR & MTBF
• Material handling systems.
• IOT-Vision technologies knowledge will be added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical and electronics.

Production:

• Basic knowledge of forging MTTR & MTBF
• Quality problems & corrective actions
• Manpower utilization
• Safety
• OEE
• Cross function departmental communication
• 5S & TPM

Quality:

• Knowledge of Hydraulic presses Knowledge of CNC/PLC- specifically Mitsubishi
• Engineering drawing reading & understanding.
• ISO documentation knowledge & 7QC tools
• Knowledge of forging defects
• Job layout 5S & TPM
