We are an International Digital Marketing company that works with top global brands that create and promote entertainment products. We are actively looking for a Corporate Culture Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and organization of events within the department (team buildings, corporate events, offsite events);
- Management of communication channels: writing announcements and news, creating content plans, developing design and content formatting, creating videos;
- Effective budget management for corporate culture projects;
- Employee holiday greetings: coordinating gifts with the manager, organizing deliveries, managing the greeting process;
- Employee onboarding: conducting welcome meetings, regular one-on-one meetings, providing support at all stages;
- Conducting corporate surveys and analyzing them, making recommendations to improve corporate culture for the department, and providing data to managers;
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of implemented projects, preparing reports;
- Developing and implementing new initiatives to create a unique and attractive corporate environment;
- Developing employee motivation systems within the corporate culture development strategy.
Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate culture management, HR, or training;
- Deep understanding of corporate culture principles and development strategies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels;
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams, lead them, and create an atmosphere of trust and openness;
- Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to improve corporate culture and create a unique corporate experience;
- Experience organizing corporate events, training, and team-building activities aimed at strengthening teams and fostering a positive corporate culture;
- Ability to analyze current processes and make relevant improvements based on data and employee feedback;
- Effective time and project management while performing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, while maintaining high work and support standards.
It would be a plus if you are:
- Familiar with Canvas, Figma, and video editing programs.
Languages: English/Hindi

- High awareness of company processes and knowledge of employees;
- Professional, responsible, and presentable attitude towards all responsibilities
- Accurate record-keeping and cost management
- Providing timely support to the company and employees at all levels in communication, adhering to corporate ethics in all interactions with employees.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: 5/2, 13:00-21:00 (7-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break);
- Corporate parties and events, team-building activities, and other perks;
- Vacation: 28 days;
