Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows desktop environment, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance, while providing hardware and software troubleshooting support.
Responsibilities:
Handle operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware problems.
Knowledge and management of IT services, including DHCP, DNS, and virtualization.
Administer Active Directory users, objects, and policy management.
Install, configure, and manage Office 365.
Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, firewall policies, and protocols.
Manage backup, encryption, VPNs, and database applications.
Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Engineering degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience as a Windows Desktop Administrator or similar role.
Microsoft Certification preferred.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware.
1-2 years of relevant experience as a Windows Desktop Administrator or similar role.
