Key Responsibilities:

• 1+ years of prior experience
• Prepare and 1st level review US informational international income tax returns (Forms 8858, 5471 and 8865) and related workpapers.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge.
• Prepare/assist in preparation of forecast, estimate and provision global tax calculations for both US and foreign based entities (e.g. Foreign Derived Intangible Income, Global Intangible-Low Taxed Income, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credit)
• Staying up-to-date on U.S. Federal income tax developments within the international arena
• Build and maintain stakeholder  relationships and proactively interact to gather information, resolve tax-related issues, and make recommendations for business and process improvements. 
• Facilitate problem solving and co-ordination
• Prepare US GAAP income tax provisions for foreign entities.
