Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Learning Consultants / Senior Learning Consultants to join our international sales team. The role involves engaging with potential learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process for our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative sales calls to prospective learners and help them understand course offerings.
• Engage in B2C sales through inside sales channels, including cold calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high conversion rate by building relationships and providing personalized guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student onboarding and support.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

✅ Experience: 2 to 7 years in sales (mandatory).
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication (mandatory).
✅ Sales Expertise: Prior experience in inside sales, B2C sales, educational sales, or as an admission counselor / learning consultant.
✅ Work Hours:

• 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Cab for Drop)
• 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (No Cabs)
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Cabs)
  ✅ Willingness to work in an international sales environment with target-based incentives.
