Program Manager (Product Operations)

About the role:

As a Business Product Manager within the Partner Operations vertical at BatterySmart, you will drive product planning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and adoption tracking for products that directly impact our partner ecosystem. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the broader business goals and partner operations strategy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to develop and deliver product solutions that meet business and partner needs.
• GTM Planning & Adoption: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption among partners.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage SQL and other analytical tools to extract actionable insights, analyze customer behavior, and measure product performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate them into product requirements.
• Feature Prioritization: Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track product adoption and success metrics, recommending iterative improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in operations-heavy or partner-facing domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with other analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and experience in product adoption tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
