Manager - Business Analytics

Job Purpose

This Senior Business Analyst will the sole custodian of the entire churning reports of the usage of the platform both in terms of measuring the adoption of the hooks and the transaction on the platform. The analyst will also be responsible for reporting the incoming traffic , their source and therefore the journey. Any patterns therefore and forecasting is also a submission that is expected from this role post detailed analysis. The aspirant is expected to have a good experience of digital platform analytics that is required to plan and suggest how forward looking enablements should be considered for further customer acquisition and retention

Over time, the aspirant shall also champion various initiatives within the organization and to drive data maturity and adoption and encourage a consistent data led thinking

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop robust mechanisms to track progress across various content set for BlrPulse and its subsystems
• Understands the industry and business positioning among competitors.
• Leverage data analytics to drive insights to further engagement on the platform.
• Leverage data analytics to drive insights for developing commercial revenue enhancement strategies.
• Identify, implement, and review analytics use cases, develop actionable recommendations, and monitor value realization for business.
• Leverage data analytics to drive insights for developing commercial revenue enhancement strategies.
• Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports and dashboards to identify trends and patterns and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with departments and CXOs / HoDs for driving report development and analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems.
• Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in operational activities and business strategy.
• Identifies the main stakeholders. Gaining proficiency in stakeholder management activities.
• Create and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI/Tableau/ equivalent.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data visualization and business analytics and find opportunities to implement them on the job.
