Role & responsibilities

In Talent Acquisition team. Handling end to end recruitment cycle.

Ensure Smooth Onboarding process for New employees.

Maintain Accurate employee records in the HRIS System

Ensure timely processing of employee data changes

Generate HR reports.

Assist in audits related to HR Processes and Data.

Assist Payroll team in providing accurate payroll data.

Handle employee queries and issues from employees.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of BGV and Onboarding processes.

Knowledge on HRIS

Strong excel skills
