This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a State Head - Affordable Home Loan (Sales) based in Telangana. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, expanding our market presence, and driving significant business growth in the affordable housing segment.
Location: All of Telangana (Primary focus: Hyderabad)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the affordable home loan segment in Telangana.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, creating and executing launch strategies.
- Build and establish BHFL's presence in untapped markets within the state.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Build a high-performing sales team from scratch, including Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Managers (SMs).
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive monthly sales numbers to achieve and surpass business targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Liaise with senior management at the Corporate Office, providing regular updates on sales performance and market insights.
- Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and leading sales teams from scratch.
- Extensive experience in the affordable housing finance sector.
- Strong understanding of the Telangana real estate market.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing large teams and diverse stakeholders.
