Manager - Business Loans

To manage Fintech Partnership integration
Ownership of partnership technology capabilities
Internal External stakeholder management.
Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of changes in required APIs stack
Responsible for technology understanding of various partners and exploring the ways to integrate with BFL core systems.
Work with IT for continuous optimization of the partnership API stack as per business needs
Create business requirement and engage with IT for development of capabilities across systems.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders for seamless technology integrations with partners systems

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Graduation or Post Graduation
b) Work Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management with Good understanding of financial/Banking industry.
IT and system Knowledge along with basics of SQL language
Ability to communicate well with all levels of management / stakeholders / colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment.
