Job Description:

Candidate will be part of a fast-paced technology team supporting Salesforce implementations for Healthcare products and services

Job Responsibilities:

Release Planning and Coordination:

• Plan, schedule, and manage Salesforce release activities across various environments, including development, testing, and production.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful releases.
• Maintain and manage the Salesforce release calendar.

Release Execution:

• Execute Salesforce releases, including metadata and data migrations, code deployments, and configuration changes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues, ensuring quick resolution.

Change Management:

• Manage change requests and ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved before deployment.
• Implement change control processes to ensure the stability and integrity of the Salesforce environment.

Post-deployment:

• Support post-deployment activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.

Compliance:

• Ensure that Salesforce releases comply with all relevant regulations, including data security, regulatory standards, and audit trails.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool).
• Experience with Branching Strategy tools (e.g. Github)
• Excellent project management skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Salesforce.

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate from a leading institute with experience in an SFDC application development / support or admin role
• Has worked in at least one medium to large application development and support project leveraging Salesforce
• Should be able to maintain high energy for extended periods of time. Moves fast when required. Desire to work with latest tools and technologies.
