Job Description
Job Purpose
o Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and services using Node.js.
o Implement secure and efficient server-side logic.
o Integrate with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
o Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
o Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into interactive user interfaces.
o Develop responsive and performant front-end applications using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
o Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
o Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
o Conduct unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
o Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
o Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
o Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
o Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
o Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
o Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
o Design and develop microservices architecture.
o Integrate and manage RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging.
o Ensure microservices are resilient, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Back-End Development
Front-End Development
Required Qualifications and Experience
o Strong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
o Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
o Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
o Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
o Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
o Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ.
o Proficiency in setting up and managing Docker containers.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
o Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
o 7-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
o Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects.
o Experience in leading technical initiatives or teams is a plus.
