Duties and Responsibilities  
Ð¥ Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Personal Loans
Ð¥ Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Ð¥ Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Ð¥ Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM/NSM
Ð¥ Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Ð¥ Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
Ð¥ Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
Ð¥ Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes &
Profitability across locations.
Ð¥ Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
Ð¥ Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio.
Ð¥ Ensure 100% Collections    

Required Qualifications and Experience  
Ð¥ Graduation with 4 to 6 years and MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Ð¥ Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Ð¥ Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
Ð¥ Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Ð¥ People & Relationship Management skills.
Ð¥ Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Ð¥ Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.
