Pharmacist - Counter Sales

We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our retail sales team at our store. In this role you will -

• Provide Expert Guidance: Assist customers and patients in selecting the right medical and surgical products by offering professional advice on usage and care.
• Ensure Compliance: Verify prescriptions, maintain accurate records, and uphold regulatory standards.
• Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper product handling and storage.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and clarity, ensuring a positive experience. Provide necessary product demos and explain product usage.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to maintain a well-organized and efficient retail environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Pharmacist License: Valid Pharmacist license .
• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for clear and compassionate customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various medical and surgical products (training will be provided, but foundational knowledge is preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately verify prescriptions, maintain records, and manage inventory.
• Customer Care: Friendly and professional approach when dealing with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
