Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems to support our product offerings.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements into efficient technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs that support key product features.

- Ensure products are delivered with high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Continuously optimize backend systems for responsiveness and cost efficiency.

- Lead and mentored a team of backend engineers to deliver on product goals.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

- Drive best practices for software development, including testing, automation, and deployment pipelines.

- Partner with frontend engineers, DevOps teams, and QA to ensure seamless product integration.

- Act as a technical liaison between engineering and product teams to address challenges and align on goals.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend systems.

- Continuously monitor production systems and implement improvements to ensure reliability and uptime.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and recommend their integration into our products.

- Drive initiatives to improve developer productivity, code quality, and system performance.

Requirements :

- Strong expertise in backend development using Golang, Java, Node, or similar programming languages.

- Proven experience designing and building Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs for high-scale products.

- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns for scalable systems.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.

- 6+ years of experience in software development and programming, of which at least.

- 1+ years should be in leading a team of developers.

- Ready to work from the Bangalore office.

- Bachelor's degree (B. Tech) in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.
